1 unbaked pie shell
5
cups of cubed apples
3 tbsp flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients with the apples.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees in an unbaked pie shell. Add topping.
Topping:
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup melted margarine
Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the mixture over the top the pie. Pour 1/4 cup melted
margarine on top of the pie.
Bake for another 20 or 25 minutes. Times may vary
according to oven.
