Sweet Potato Pie

3 medium potatoes, boiled, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 pie crust

Directions:

Boil the milk and sugar in a saucepan. Add the potatoes and beaten egg to the milk mixture. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.


Sweet Potato Fries

5 sweet potatoes, cut into 1 inch strips
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. basil

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the fries and olive oil in a bowl. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes. Combine the spices together. When fries are done, sprinkle with spice mixture. Serve with dip.
