Scalloped Potatoes - Easy
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 cup minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 ½ cups hot milk
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish, and layer ½ potatoes inside.
Cover potatoes with ½ onions. Mix together flour, salt and
pepper. Sprinkle ½ flour mixture on onion layer. Dot with ½ the
butter. Repeat layers, and again dot with butter. Pour the milk
over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375° for 45
minutes; uncover and bake for 15 more minutes. Serves 4.
