Easy to make pasta salad recipes.  Try our Classic Pasta Salad or change things up and try a Greek Pasta Salad and Vegetable Pasta Salad.

Pasta Salad Recipes
 

Greek Pasta Salad

1 ½ cups Fusilli pasta
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tomato, sliced into wedges
1 small cucumber, seeded, cubed
½ cup green pepper strips
½ cup radishes, sliced
10 black olives
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Cook pasta according to directions; drain; cool. Put oil, lemon juice, oregano and garlic in blender and mix together until creamy. Combine pasta and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour creamy dressing over; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Chill to blend flavors.
 

Pasta Vegetable Salad

 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) pasta (choose bows, macaroni, twist macaroni, egg noodles, or shells, etc.)
1 ¼ cup Italian dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. basil leaves
5 cups assorted fresh vegetables (any combination of chopped cucumber, tomato, celery, peppers, sliced mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)

Cook noodles according to directions; drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Combine Italian dressing, mayonnaise and basil in a large bowl. Add mixed vegetables and stir to coat. Add noodles and toss. Cover bowl and chill.
 

Classic Pasta Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
8 oz. any short pasta, cooked, drained
¾ cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped green or red pepper
¼ cup chopped onion

Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

These burgers are chock full of spicy peppers. When handling the chile peppers be sure to wear gloves, and don't let the pepper oils come in contact with your eyes. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
