1.5 cups flour
1/2 cup of cold water
1.5 tablespoons lard
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda

Mix all the ingredients together. Flatten out the dough and cut into several pieces. Cook in oil on stovetop.
