Cranberries can disolve kidney stones and help prevent
urinary tract infections!

Cranberries... When you think of cranberries a feast comes to
mind! Thanksgiving wouldn't be Thanksgiving and Christmas
wouldn't be Christmas without the sweet tart taste of cranberry sauce. But what you might not know about the nutritional facts of the cranberry is that it really is a medicinal fruit.

100% pure cranberry juice is a wonderful natural way to
dislodge and dissolve a kidney stone according to a US Navy
doctor in a 1963 New England Journal of Medicine article.

In a 1984 study, done by The Journal of Urology, it was found
that cranberries make the lining of the urinary tract unsuitable for bacterial growth therefore inhibiting bacterial growth in a urinary tract infection.

So, if you have a urinary tract infection, drink a glass of 100% pure cranberry juice at least twice a day for about a month!  You'll help fight that infection and help your kidney's dislodge or dissolve any unwanted stones. Cranberry sauce is very good for this too. Provided that you don't sweeten it with granulated sugar or corn syrup, which many canned brands and home recipes incorporate in their sauces.

We suggest using a natural sweetener such as pears, apples or
plums, with a little maple syrup or honey. It's very easy to
make the cranberry sauce sweet and healthy. So, when you make
your own cranberry sauce think natural and you'll have one very healthy sauce. Good not just for the feast, but for your kidney stones and your urinary tract infections, too.

Cranberries, a gift from the bogs of North America and Northern Europe.
Don't pass these tart little jewels of a berry up! Remember, cranberries dissolve kidney stones and cranberries help in the prevention of urinary tract infections!
