5 pork chops
5 large slices of slices of bread dried in the oven
1 tin of creamed corn
1 small onion
3 small eggs
salt and pepper
 

In a pan brown both sides of the pork chops.  In a mixing bowl put cut up bread and stir in the can of creamed corn.  Mix in onions and eggs and add a dash of salt and pepper.  Put the pork chops in a baking pan and pour cream corn mixture over the chops.  Let the pork chops bake for approximately one hour at 325 degrees. This is a delicious recipe and you will surely enjoy the flavour.  Crispy on the outside and tender in the inside.
